Go to Amazon and search for "physics game". There are many books out there related to physics in the game development field. O'Reilly's have a good one.

    just to update people

ive been reading "physics for game programmers" by grant palmer.

so far ive read up to basic maths (cross product, dot product etc), basic newtonian mechanics and basic kinematics.

its really helped my understanding a lot more (and made me realise i had a bug in some code ).

next up is the end of the kinematics chapter and projectiles (covers trajectory models, gravity, aerodynamic drag, laminar and turbulent flow, wind, spin etc)

so if anyone with not so exellent maths (even if you have good maths) is looking for a good physics book then i recommend this

Cool. I might have to add that to my collection. And for me it's a tax deduction.
