For those of you that have been asking for this, you'll be more than pleased. The Lazarus Project team has released an installer that bundles GLScene with the Lazarus IDE for the Free Pascal compiler.

why would you want this? why bloat an installer? not everyone will use glscene and the chances are the version with the installer gets out of date
When the new style installer will be available wich compiles Laz on install then will be nice to have even more components without adding extra "bloat".Originally Posted by tux

I personally think its a great idea. It brings Game Dev to "the masses"
