Hmm... forum posts maybe, but certantly not traffic. PGD averages at about 10,000+ visits a month. All shy, I guess. :? It'll pick up a lot during the competition.
I hit daily, I just don't have much to say. Haven't done any programming in MONTHS... :x

Eh, if I can brush up quick enough I might try for it and look for an honorable mention or something.

I've similar traffic on afterwarp, but I guess it's rather misleading... some search strings seem to be *very* off-topic  (i.e. "cabinet problem", "potter harry", "cooperative workload", "party girls"??!?)

[ok, I admit, this post is an off-topic too ]

 haha you have a 'problem with party girls in your cabinet after a cooperative workload with Harry Potter.'

Well I'm hoping everyone that can compete, will compete. It's going to be a good competition. And of course you all know what the prizes are like, from last year, right? Dom leaking the Borland sponsor news so early.

Only this year I am going to have everyone register their full 'real' names of all the individual or team members and their desired receiving address so that we may send them the prizes without delay. Plus it helps to give 'proper' recognition for their work.

I guess people got disappointed when they saw a bunch of libraries and some weird code, when looking for their party girls...

So how are the chances of getting BDS 2006 Arquitect this time?

Only one way to find out. Just remember though last year we gave away a copy of Delphi 2005 Architect which had a retail price of about $1,000(USD)

No it had not. We acquired Delphi 2005 Professional for a price of $1,000 (USD), but Delphi 2005 Arquitect had a price of over $3,000 (USD), when I checked Borland site back then. If you look at Borland site for Delphi 2006 now, you'll find very similar prices (Arquitect edition costs $3,490.00).

    [damn]
An upgrade to Delphi 2006 Professional costs $460!!

I stand corrected. It was $3,000 USD. The rest of the prizes totaled to almost $1,000 USD.

    Wow, pricey...

I might try and chime in, get an honorable mention or something. Never made a complete game though, so I'm not really sure how well I'll do or how far I'll get.

Some of the finalists last year were quite good, I look forward to this years compo.
