    Rabit Run (WIP)

So, finally I had an idea, and I think I can do it in a week.

It's a race, but the idea is to build the race track so the main character wins. It will be a platform game and will use Ari Feldman's Sprite Library.

At the moment, that's all. I hope I can finish it.

Didn't do a lot, but I've extracted the graphics I'll use. Also I did some improvements and bugfixes to my map editor. It only allows simple edition but it looks nice, desn't it?

The transparent pink issue is a bug I'll fix later.

Anyway, I have the gameplay almost designed. Some of the tiles can be removed and places, but some others can't be modified. Also, some of the tiles will trigger character actions. For example, the vines will be used as ladder always, if a character finds a gap it will try to jump it, if finds an obstacle (i.e. a wall) it will turn around, etc.

I think my entry will not be a full game, but will allow to experiment with the concept. And it may be fun too.

    Cool.

I was hoping to see a platformer in this one! (I almost feel bad for the little bunny now.)

I feel sad. Unfortunately, I hadn't time enough and I have only the game description. Didn't code anything. So I retired from the quest.

Anyway, may be I would reuse this idea in the future. At the moment, I'll return to Allegro.pas and KOFFE.

I had things to do, so no, I hadn't.

Anyway, it was complex. If I had a free week I would finish, but Real Life (tm) is a ****** *****.
