My name is Robert Reed, and I live in St. Louis. I am 21 years old, and currently attend University of Missouri - St. Louis, where I am switching my major from Comp Sci to Engineering. I like computers. Politically, I lean towards libertarian socialism. I am also a huge reader, with a private book collection worth at least 10 Grand. I like 1970s soul music (and also Squaresoft soundtracks). I am an African American (any more on this board?). I am in the process of designing a shooting game. In November, I shall have a level demo out. Being that I am a libertarian socialist, it shouldn't surprise anyone that Linux is my OS of choice. My games will be released for both Windows and Linux. I am also a space enthusiast, which is why I am into engineering (well that, and the fact that the computer industry is in depression). I would like to mine asteroids, and build an asteroidal colony. With that, I am interested in sustainable food production such as hydroponics and aquaponics, as well as sustainable waste management, water desalination, and ending the fossil fuel era. I like to watch the Discovery Channels, The Learning Channel, National Geographic, The History Channel, TechTV, and yes, The Weather Channel. I also have interests in political and economic systems. I used to program in VB until I discovered Delphi. I also program in C and C++.

The game I play the most is Enemy Territory. I am freaking addicted to that game. If you see the handles "Shaka Zulu" or "Heru Shemsu" in blue letters, then that is me. I am also addicted to RPGs such as the Final Fantasy series.
