since when were they not selling the ide?
Their still selling the IDE, but the whole development arm is being spun off into a separate company.

so "the new company" will make a new IDE for object pascal?
All of the IDE's/languages will be developed by the new company JBuilder C++ Builder C#Builder, Delphi.net and Delphi.
