OpenGL would be allowed if you use the OpenGL unit that comes with Delphi. Besides, they say that no third party components are allowed. What about third party units such as Tom Nuyden's OpenGL units or Alexey Barkovoy's DirectX9 units? They are not components. You simply include the units with your entry and all will compile happily.
