Better JPEG class

Hi there!
I'm looking for a JPEG class (preferably stand-alone with no additional DLL required) for Delphi that supports CMYK JPEGs and JPEGs that don't have a JIF header (eg. JPEGs with a TIFF header).
Doesn't matter if it's free or commercial (I would be willing to pay money for that). So far, I haven't found anything like that. Even the bigger image libraries didn't seem to support CMYK or they're too frigging expensive (> $200!!!)

I'm also looking for a good TIFF component that can open TIFFs with LZW/JPEG compression and CMYK TIFFs. Didn't have much luck with that either.
