It's a part of jedi-sdl, it's exactly here. You'll need the whole package to build it, and some libraries to run it too: sdl, sdl_mixer, smpeg. They should be somewhere on the official SDL site.

OK, thanks imcold. Exactly what I needed. Once I get my memory problem with BASS fixed, I'll see about doing that
