SGL Core is a Turn-based Isometric Simulation RPG engine by someone in China named LYH1. (Could be his mecha designation. ) Anyhow it's a neat little project that is made with Delphi 6 and "DelphiX D7".

You can visit his sourceforge project page at: http://sourceforge.net/projects/ptisc/

Video of engine posted on YouTube:

Yeah, it is come from China, and more specifically, this game developer is also from Hong Kong, same as me. He is a big fans of the "Gundam War" game-series. So this is why he want to make a isometric SLG game. I know that he has started to developed SLG game engine and related game contents before. And he has a blog, the link is :

On the left hand side of the blog, you can see a "PTISC Log" Section. But sorry, All of them is in Chinese Traditional.
