How do the profile ratings work, I am currently at the level of time waster and I was at the level of novice a few days ago. How com my rating has changed and what do the ratings mean? How are these ratings selected?I understand "moderators" for mods obviously and "novice" for new addition but what about "time waster" what does that mean?
