Hmm,I found a PacificHost.com they offer 2.49$/month if you sign up for 3 years. Sure you will get a just 5 domains,but sounds pretty cheap.

x10 Premmium isn't so bad,it will be 140.20$ for 3 years. But I don't have such cash in my budget now.

I guess temporally I will use Blogger and it will cost just 10$ for one year. I think they give pretty good bandwidth limit and for web space I may use Windows Live SkyDrive. They give 25GB of free space for files.
