Danc's Miraculously Flexible Game Prototyping Graphics for Small Worlds

For anyone that keeps up with "Lost Garden" DanC put up a new set of free graphics. The problem is they are in Flash, AI, and SVG formats. Thus, kinda hard to use in GameDev that isn't for the web . So, being the nice guy I am, I opened Illustrator and converted them over to a PNG file for anyone interested.

Where are the originals. I would like to try test the svg ones with my opengl vector graphics renderer.

That graphics are really beautiful. Some animation in some of the bits will enhance it but I think it shouldn't be hard to do.

Are they really free as freedom? I haven't a project now but may be in the future...

I have yet to see any side scroller graphics from him. :/ (Other than his famous Tyrian work) I'd love to have something that I can easily use for a simple platformer. Oh well I guess I'll have to make due with ripping from old NES sprites.
