It does not provide 64-bit compiled code, if that is the question. Last I heard is they want to provide it 2011-2012 (unsure, though).

To be honest, as far as I know not even the big players like Microsoft or Adobe are in the hurry to provide 64-bit compilers. 32 to 64 is not such a big gain as 16 bit to 32 bit was.
