Hi, in some themes (halloween, and the last) some icons images are missing, for example, for the last theme, programming -> sound, programming -> network, and so images are missing.

The only style I'm supporting now is DarkEQ. I just don't have time to support all the mods I've added for each theme so I only really keep the default style updated. I have considered removing the others but I know that some people would rather use a style (especially SubSilver) and not have some things working.
