Yes, I was actually planning on adding RSS feed capability for specific forums, but I haven't been able to find the option with vBulletin yet. Hopefully when I get the free time I can figure out how the vBulletin team created one for their site and forums.

I've enabled RSS for the site. You can view the overall RSS feed using standard browser tools (in Firefox for example, I now get an RSS feed icon in the address bar which I can click), and if you look at the forum list, you'll see each forum has it's own feed allowing you to selectively monitor specific forums.

40-50 feeds for each forum section is too much.

Seems that the RSS icon which appears in address bar on main forum index does the job.
