DelphiX and DirectX9

Hello,
i have a strange problem with the DelphiX components, when i create smth, and run it it is with veryyyyyyy laggy performance and this has happened after i installed DirectX9.
So my question is there any update to this freaking easy to use component

No, there are no updates to DelphiX for DirectX 9. (See here.)

However, the issue is most likely with your graphics card drivers. NVidia had some problems with DirectDraw perfomance on some of their drivers. I don't know whether this has been fixed yet, but you could try downloading the latest drivers to see if this fixes the problem. Or perhaps you are using the debug runtimes?
