Does anyone have a full archive of the KOL source code? The site lists the Nov 2003 release along with many small updates that must be downloaded separately and applied with their own custom update utility. That's just crazy to expect someone to go through that ordeal.

The link that they give to the latest full source code archive (after you manually add the http bit in front of it) goes to a default Apache web page.
