    I think he meant that he has a smoothed curve and he wants the effect like in the second picture.

    No offense, but you'd better recheck your english before hitting the submit button. There should be a "." between "direct" and "look". That's the reason I didn't understand you.

    About the problem, I just opened a thread that contains code to generate splines:

    Before you ask, I can't give you a nice GLScene example project containing this code. You must try to understand the code and then use it in your own project.

    In that case, using splines is not the way to go. You need a simple physics simulation (move the ball with force-vectors).
